The CEO

Africa is faced with high levels of youth unemployment, slow economic growth, and poverty. Now more than ever, governments and researchers agree that entrepreneurship is the key to addressing these challenges.

Since its inception, YAEI continues to play a pivotal role in advancing youth entrepreneurship development in Africa. ​ Our programmes and milestones as outlined in this document demonstrate our commitment to achieving our desired impact both in the short term and long term. ​ I will take this moment to express our gratitude to all partners who have worked with us to date, ha khensa, thank you. ​

Given the dynamic changes in the global landscape, implementing the developmental programmes remains challenging in many ways, hence requiring us to be intentional and innovative in approach. ​ The use of technology and partnerships will be key to breaking more barriers. ​ The team is dedicated to undertaking this challenge and seeing it to the end. ​

I, therefore, through this proposal invite governments, corporations, NGOs, and academic institutions to partner with us on this journey as we embark further on the mission to develop entrepreneurial youth who will drive measurable socio-economic impact.
